Ok, the last few days where fantastic, and I am just having a converstion that concludes this week in the best possible way. Yaay!

I am hardly capable of remembering anything. And when I say anything i mean ANYthing starting from my own birthday to the issue I was wondering about 2 seconds ago… But somehow I was able to understand that today is Women’s day. Since I am a woman I somehow have this feeling that it might include me as well.. it became a very crazy day!

In fact I got this cute little card with “1 FREE DRINK 8TH MARCH only for women” written on it from my barkeeper at Piz 5 in val Gardena. It was saturday, 11pm, so I was really looking forward to it since I was short on money. After two hours of dancing, chatting and waiting in front of the toilet door for my turn, I took this cute little piece of paper and gave it to this barkeeper. “No, sorry” he said: “They are valid only after 3pm when we open again…” I watched him angry, smiled, chatted, did the same with the other barkeeper… but it was not to change. Dear owner of piz 5, you shouldn’t lie to your female customers like that.

After a short but intense rest I started thinking about this Women’s day for a while. My dad brought nothing special…well, he brought shrimps. My mother hates shrimps because they make the kitche smell like fish and neither my mom nor me can stand it. It did not make sense. Was it just a usual day? mom cooked, mom washed, she even cleaned the whole stairs up to the fourth floor. Also my sister did not really behave different. She was somehow in a better mood but I was close to suppose that it came from the 3 hours she spent at her mobile chatting with her best friend. When I came to my own apartment (like every sunday evening) it looked as well like it always does. Besides maybe the rotten ananas and strawberries my darling forgot on the floor last friday.

Then I got an idea! I was totally surprised how I didn’t realize it earlier: how could I be so stupid? The women’s day is the day where the woman has to work harder! I had to try this out. I started to clean the dirty table and put away all evil smelling stuff. Since I did not wash dishes for at least half a year, I had some problems to find everything. But after a while it felt amazing. I got rid of the oil stains on the water tap. it felt so smooth… as if it was new. It was so easy to get this stuff clean, it was like a miracle. And jet I started to wonder why my darling always cried that it was impossible to get everything clean (and he really didn’t get it clean). After that I started to wonder why actually he was in charge of washing the dishes and keep the kitchen clean…

I checked my diary because I had the sensation that once it was different. last week..last month.. last year… last two years… Oh, there it was: “Since darling is faster in messing up the whole kitchen and the bedroom than me in cleaning up I banned him and his bed to the kitchen.” How could I be so evil? How could I not remember being so evil? Well, today it will be fine: I will cook a fine meal and wash the dishes myself. I mean, after all it is Women’s day !

Me: I’m selling a pair of Shure e4c headphones for $199.
Buyer: I saw those on Amazon for $170. Will you sell for $125?
Me: I’ll sell them for $150.
Buyer: $140 and I’ll pick them up right now.
Me: $150 and you have a deal.
Buyer: I’m looking at a couple of other models also. If you decide to sell for $140, let me know.
Me: There’s a Wendy’s right outside my house. If you pick me up a combo, you can have the headphones for $140.
Buyer: I have to drive 30 minutes on the highway to get there – you should be buying me lunch! Whatever, I could go for Wendy’s today too.. $140 and a combo it is. No gigantic-sizing anything though! Where are you located?

Mr Tux was skiing this winter, together with the whole family. A paparazzo found them standing in the center of the village. They were admiring the old church tower.. while many people were watching them.
